| The board administrator has requested that all new registered users must agree to the following terms before registering and using the services on the board "Forums". Please read the following terms and if you agree to them, select the "I agree" button found at the bottom of the terms. |
If you are already a member and this screen has come up, it may be because we have had to get members to re-read the rules. Before you agree to the rules again, please be aware that as well as the rules below you are required to agree to not post players' names that you have heard, regarding being caught using drugs.
These names are not allowed to be put on the internet in any form, including forums.
Please also take note of Rule #3 which has been broken a lot recently.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP. ABUSE OF MEMBERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
REGISTRATION
Members will need to be activated before posting is allowed.
Please use a [b]VALID EMAIL[/b] so we can contact you if there is a problem with the name you have selected. No valid email = no access. Activation generally takes no more than a few hours unless registering in the middle of the night.

You will receive an email when your account is activated. Please think carefully about your user name and don't make it overly long. Names can be changed if necessary at a later date by request. Names considered offensive will not be approved. Please use the contact form if you need help.
RULES
Four basic rules apply to the site. Administration will deem how cases will be handled on an individual basis.
1/ Please do not make personal attacks against members. To have a difference of opinion is fine, that's what forums are for, but there is no need to call people names or make snide remarks against them because of their opinions. If you have a personal issue take it up with them away from the boards or via U2U.
2/ Please do not make any comments or spread rumours about people, players or the club that is unsubstantiated or that can cause the site to come under legal scrutiny. We reserve the right to remove posts of this nature or move them to members-only areas once they have been reported to us. Harsh or abusive comments regarding players and coaches that we feel aren't in the best interests of the site or club may be edited or deleted.
3/ No pictures or information from this site is to be used at other sites without getting permission from the people who own them. Credit must be given to them and the site but simply giving credit is not enough. They might not want their content re-posted at other sites so permission MUST be gained first. The people involved here do a lot of work to get all these pictures and information up for you and deserve the credit for it. People who break this rule may find their account suspended or their IP blocked so they have no further access to the site. This rule also applies to copying posts or threads and emailing them out to people.
4/ No spamming (advertising) of other websites, selling, promoting private auctions etc. We do make allowances for both Port clubs to promote their auctions and sales, and to the supporter groups who use the money to promote the club, support the club and to help club members. And on the odd occasion we may sell something to raise money for our site. If you spam your post will be removed and your account may be closed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Supporters of other clubs are welcome to register but if it is deemed they are here to cause trouble (troll) their access to their account will be blocked.
We reserve the right to remove posts or edit posts we feel are offensive to members without notice or further discussion. Please try to watch your language and the terms you use. This is a family site with many younger members reading the forums.
